Keaton Alexander Griffin co-founded The Griffin Group with Tom after running the government relations firm, Silver Palm Consulting for five years. Before beginning her career in government relations, Keaton worked as a legislative aide to Senate President Wilton Simpson, as the Florida finance coordinator for JEB! 2016, as well as working as a political fundraiser in Washington, D.C. Keaton's practice with TGG includes matters related to land conservation, the environment, education, development, transportation, and agriculture. She dedicates her spare time to helping children by volunteering to be on multiple boards including the Boys and Girls Club of Polk County, Children’s Home Society, Academy Prep and the Florida House.

A fifth-generation Floridian and native of Polk County, Keaton graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Keaton and Tom live in Polk County with their daughter, Breit, and their two dogs, Gouda and Dean.
