Tom co-founded the Griffin Group in 2022 after over a decade of work in Florida politics. Prior to his lobbying career, Tom ran a full-service political consulting and fundraising firm, managing campaigns and fundraising efforts for legislators around the state of Florida for several years before working in the Florida Senate. There, Tom focused his efforts on the state budget and appropriations process. 

Today, Tom represents clients across sectors in Healthcare, Information Technology, Agriculture, Development, Transportation, Criminal Justice, Environment, K-12 and Higher Education. Over the last decade, Tom has secured billions of dollars for clients in state and federal appropriations, passed legislation across sectors, and guided clients through successful grant and procurement awards. Tom represents clients before the Florida Legislature, Congress, and various local governments around the state.

Born and raised in Washinton, DC, Tom attended New York University before moving to Florida where he attended Florida State University. Tom lives with his family in Lakeland, Florida.
